Submitting an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The buyer agrees to provide accurate and truthful information.
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. No credit card information is stored on the website.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized digital content that is created and delivered immediately. By validating the order, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
The video is sent by email once generated. Average delivery times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on workload and the selected offer. Santa Claus calls are made at the date and time chosen during the order process.
LePapaNoel.eu cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, full inboxes, or malfunctions of third-party services (AI, telephony, etc.).
